Besides the conventional Arts & Commerce (U.G. & P.G.) streams, Previously, the college has undertaken one assessment and accreditation cycles of NAAC and it was accredited with ‘C++’ grade by NAAC. The majority of the students admitted in this College come from the rural, economically backward and agriculture background area for whom higher education is still out of reach.
